They were honest about the costs of installing their own system vs. Resetting the existing panel. It was more cost effective to reset. The work was fine, except that we had to work around the technician’s schedule (who also happened to be one of the partners in the company), but we wanted to have the best tech, so we waited for him to become available. They are a company that tries to please their customers.

Bob did a terrific job in coming over to look at our existing theater space & suggested a retailer to purchase speakers from. He also came to the store with us to look at them, which was a real plus. His expertise in that area came in handy while shopping for the items. He was also able to get another price quote for the same speaker items from another store as well so we could compare. 

Tiger Systems was efficient and professional in doing this job from start to finish. A couple of days after I called Tiger Systems, consultant Jeff stopped by at an agreed upon time to assess our needs. He gave us a verbal estimate after a couple of days and as promised we received the written proposal a week after Jeff’s initial visit. After we bought the TV, Tiger Systems took over.
